There is no universal propagation time. TTL values, recursive caches, registry changes, resolvers, and the authoritative provider all matter, so Ignorre shows the answers it can observe instead of promising a fixed window.
Public diagnostics work independently. Zone, record, DNSSEC, firewall, and certificate lifecycle changes require the exact upstream provider and capability; certificate inventory does not by itself include issuance or renewal.
